Select meetings take priority, so while every effect is taken to confirm your booking, there may be occasional times when you will have to be moved to another room.

Security

There is now one main entrance to Building 3a, all other doors are swipe card access only for persons in 3a. Please direct all participants to the entrance opposite the library.

There is a security guard present in the foyer of Building 3a.

If you have booked this room out of business hours (8.30 - 5.00pm) you will need to contact Security and inform them that you will be occupying this room.

Cancellations

Please phone x59001 to cancel any bookings. We would appreciate you contacting us to cancel any room bookings as there is a very high demand for these rooms from the University.
